Bean burgers

Burger ingredients
2 cups cooked Kidney beans
1 smashed Carrot
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Chili powder
Favorite seasoning (optional)
9 slices of Ezekiel bread


In a large bowl, smash beans. Combine carrots. Add seasonings. Toast 1 slice of bread, cool and make crumbs in sandwich bag. Mix in well. Separate and form 4-6 burgers. Bake in the oven for 25 min at 350°F.

I ate mine on Ezekiel bread with a dill sauce and purple cabbage on top. All vegan! Yay!
